[9.2002, 9.2003] Pufendorf brought the Video Buoy project out to the Playa as theme art in two different incarnations.

[9.2001] Art Fortune is an interactive fortune game that asks the player to write, edit and pick an art fortune. Nick brought this to his first festival in 2001.

[9.2002-9.2004] Pufendorf and burners active with Playa Del Fuego came together to create The Island (2002) and then the Tribe of the Chattering Monks (2003, 2004).

These Burning Man theme camps featured an interactive multi-media environment (2002) and an electronic music performance space with visual component (2003, 2004).
